Coaching is a relationship between the client and the coach. This relationship supports the client to feel empowered to take ownership of their life and maximize their potential. The client comes to this relationship as the expert in their own life and the coach is a support through asking powerful questions, championing, acknowledging how the client is showing up, providing accountability, and reflecting back to the client in a direct and intentional manner.
Coaching outcomes are driven by YOU; the client. Only you can know what would be best for your life. Through the coaching process you will develop your own goals to work towards and we, in the coaching relationship, will move you to accomplish those outcomes for your life. Some areas where coaching has been transformative for former clients include increased self confidence and self-awareness, stronger day-to-day connection to personal and professional values, more consciously engage in life, enhanced leadership efficacy, and clarity for “what’s next” in life.

What do I do next if I’m interested in coaching?
As coaching is a relationship between coach and client, your next step is to reach out and we can explore if we are a match for the coaching relationship. This can happen through a few different ways:
-
- Let’s talk! You can share with me more about what you hope to gain from coaching and I will share with you what you can expect from the coaching relationship.
- Reach out for a sample session. Not sure if coaching is right for you? Let’s co-create in a sample coaching session where you bring an emerging life topic to the session and we’ll coach together for 20-30 minutes.
- Ask others in your life who have been coached what worked for them in the coaching relationship – then reach out and we can discuss if my approach to coaching is a fit for you!
